This can lead the enemy to major results by analyzing microdata.”
He continued, referring to the key role of managers in creating social and organizational stability: “Today, the task of CEOs is not only to run the factory, but also to create a safe, promising, and stable environment for workers and their families. The field presence of managers among employees strengthens human and organizational bonds and increases the effectiveness of operations.” The enemy’s psychological will prevent it.
Heidari also emphasized solidarity with the affected families in the tense areas and said: In cities where factories are present and families have been affected by recent threats, managers should stand by them in a practical and real way, and this behavior not only shows organizational loyalty, but is also considered a form of effective social and psychological defense against the enemy’s goals.

We must also prevent waste of costs by intelligently managing resources and direct all capital towards maintaining production resilience.
