نشست هماهنگی با موضوع “شرایط اضطراری و ابلاغ دستورالعمل پدافند غیرعامل” با حضور سرپرست شرکت سرمایهگذاری صنایع پتروشیمی برگزار شد.
بهگزارش روابط عمومی شرکت سرمایهگذاری صنایع پتروشیمی، روز دوشنبه ۲۶ خردادماه، نشستی با حضور امیرحسین پهلوان، سرپرست هلدینگ PIIC، مدیران ارشد این شرکت، مدیران عامل و مدیران حراست شرکتهای تابعه، در محل سالن جلسات شرکت PIIC با هدف ارتقای آمادگی سازمانی در برابر تهدیدات و تقویت ساز وکارهای ایمنی و حفاظتی در سطح هلدینگ برگزار گردید.
در ابتدای این جلسه، پهلوان ضمن محکومیت حملات رژیم صهیونیستی و با ابراز تبریک و تسلیت بهمناسبت شهادت جمعی از هموطنان، سرداران سپاه و دانشمندان کشور، بر ضرورت تدوین و اجرای دستورالعملهای جامع، بهروز و قابل اتکا برای شرایط اضطراری تأکید کرد.

The PIIC supervisor considered compliance with the principles of passive defense and strengthening the offensive approach in the field of security to be essential requirements in strategic industries and, emphasizing the use of new technologies, smart tools and advanced security systems, said: Maintaining vital infrastructure and key resources is only possible in the light of intelligence and continuous coordination between operational and security units.
He continued, referring to the importance of the role of human resources in the continuity of organizational activities and resilience against crises and the current conditions of the country, and stated: Human capital is the backbone of the sustainability of organizations and production complexes, and it is necessary to take a more serious look at the issues of livelihood, psychological security, and motivating employees in order to maintain the operational capacity of the complex in critical conditions.
At the end of his speech, he considered the development and updating of security and protection instructions with the aim of protecting the lives of personnel and protecting national property and capital as part of the social and religious responsibility of managers, and emphasized their precise implementation at all levels.
In the second part of this meeting, Reza Karimi, Security Manager of the Petrochemical Industries Investment Company, presented a report on the security and protection measures taken, emphasizing the need to strengthen the control and monitoring structure.
He emphasized He stated about preventive, security and protection measures and said: Systematic control of traffic, raising the level of alertness of employees in the face of suspicious behaviors, establishing rapid reporting channels and developing standard security and protection procedures are among the necessary measures to prevent security damage.
Karimi continued: Industrial centers are potential targets of sabotage actions and called on CEOs and security to continuously review security guidelines and increase the readiness of operational forces to respond quickly to possible threats.
At the end of this meeting, CEOs and security managers of subsidiaries reviewed the most important measures implemented in the companies, exchanged experiences and brainstormed on the challenges and solutions to improve safety and security at the group level.
