A- Time and place of the General Meeting:
All shareholders, attorneys or legal representatives of shareholders, as well as representatives or representatives of legal entities, are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of this company, which will be held at 10:30 on Sunday, 22/03/1401 in Tehran Province, Tehran City, at the address of Vali Asr Street, below the Parkway Crossroads, Tashaz Cultural and Sports Complex of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.
B– Agenda:
1- Hearing the report of the Board of Directors, the auditor and the statutory inspector for the fiscal year ending 12/29/1400
2- Reviewing and making a decision on approving the financial statement (balance sheet) and the profit and loss account and the cash flow statement for the fiscal year ending 12/29/1400
3- Selecting the auditor and the statutory inspector for the fiscal year ending 12/29/1401
4- Selecting a widely circulated newspaper to publish the company’s advertisements
5- Other matters that are within the competence of the annual general meeting to decide on.
C- How to receive the meeting entry slip:
In order to receive the meeting entry slip (subject to Article 99 of the Commercial Law Amendment Bill), on Saturday, June 11, 2020, shareholders can visit the Company’s Stock Affairs Unit located in Tehran, Molla Sadra Street, between Shirazi and Sheikh Bahai Streets, next to Bank Mellat, No. 113 (phone 88032098) and receive the meeting entry slip by presenting their national ID card or birth certificate.
In order to protect public health and in accordance with the notification dated 09/11/1400 of the Securities and Exchange Organization in this regard, shareholders without any suspicious symptoms of Corona can attend the meeting by presenting their vaccination card and wearing a mask.
